This tutorial was written by me on July 17, 2013 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP X5, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Shoppers Delight kit by Wicked Princess Scraps. You can find purchase info on her blog. 

Font of choice. I am using KG Hard Candy Solid.

Filters: Eye Candy 4000 Glass (for text, optional)

Open a blank transparent image, 849 x 313 or a size of your choice.

Open PP3 and minimize. In your color palette, click on your foreground, under the patterns tab, look for your paper and select that. On your blank canvas, floodfill your canvas with your pattern.

Open FRAME2. Copy and paste as a new layer. Rotate to the right about 35 degrees or an angle similar to mine. Place off to the right. See my tag for reference.

Open the EYESHADOW. Resize by 35%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Rotate slightly to the right. Place to the right and slightly down.

Open the IPHONE. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Rotate slightly to the left. Place to the left and slightly down from the eyeshadow.

Open the SUNGLASSES. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom, between the iphone & eyeshadow.

Open the DRESS. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right side.

Open BAG2. Resize by 45%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower left, halfway between the center and far left.

Open the PEARLS. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower far left.

Open the SHOE. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the pearls.

Open the MASCARA. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Rotate slightly to the left. Place to the right of the bag.

Open BOW3. Rotate clockwise 90. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom left. Duplicate, flip horizontal and place to the lower right.

Open the LIPSTICK. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right.

Open FLOWER1. Resize by 25%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom, slightly to the left. Duplicate, flip horizontal and place slightly to the right of center.

Open the PERFUME. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom between the flowers.

Add a new raster layer. Select all, selections, modify, contract by 4. Selections, invert. Floodfill with #ffffff. Deselect. Add another raster layer. Select all, selections, modify, contract by 2. Selections, invert. Floodfill this layer with #202d36. Deselect.

On the top layer, add noise, gaussian, 100, monochrome checked. Merge this layer down.

Add your name. Apply the same noise as we did for the frame.

EyeCandy 4000 Glass using the settings of your choice.

Still on the text, select all, float, defloat. Selections, modify, expand by 2. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #ffffff. Deselect and move this layer below your text layer. On the text layer, add a drop shadow of 1, 1, 50, 1. Merge down with the white outline layer.

Apply a drop shadow of choice to your layers. I used 2, 2, 50, 8.00.

Add the copyright to the kit maker if you are not using a tube, as I did with this timeline cover. Timeline covers are prohibited from having an url, so please do not add an url.

Merge visible and save as a PNG.

Gypsy PTU kit by Inzpired Creationz. You can purchase this kit here. 

BP Template 186 by Becky's Creations. You can find it here. 

Mask 19 by HorsePlay's Pasture. You can find it here. 

Font of choice. I am using Jellyka BeesAntique Handwriting.

Open your template and mask. Minimize your mask for now.

On you template, set the canvas size to 650 x 650. Now resize all layers by 92%.

Delete the credits and wordart layers.

Open paper 5. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your template, above the background layer. Apply your mask, merge group. Duplicate this layer and then merge down. Add noise, gaussian, 100, monochrome checked.

Merge together the two circle layers. Select all, float, defloat. Open paper 6. Resize the paper by 76%. Copy and paste the paper as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Merge together the two small rectangle layers. Select all, float, defloat. Open paper 21. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Open the Doodle. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right side. Duplicate, flip horizontal and place to the left side. Merge these two layers together.

On the square layer, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 18. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

On the center rectangle layer, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 12. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Open Feathers 1. Resize by 90%. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open Clouds 3. Resize by 79%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the rectangle layer.

Open the Harp. Resize by 50%, flip horizontal. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right.

Open the Pillows. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower left. Duplicate, flip horizontal and place to the lower right. Merge these two layers together.

Open the Metal Fence. Resize by 84%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the pillows.

Open the Ribbons and Gem. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place along the left side of the top left circle.

Open Scattered Bling 2. Resize by 84%. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open Feather 1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Free rotate 90 degrees to the right. Place to the top right. Duplicate, flip horizontal and place to the top left. Merge these two layers together.

Open Key 2. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the left side of the center rectangle, rotate slightly to the left.

Open the Feathers and Stones. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste a new layer. Place to the lower left corner of the center rectangle. Duplicate, flip horizontal, then vertical. Place to the upper right corner of the center rectangle.

Open the Peacock, flip horizontal. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom left.

Open your tube and resize as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking.

Open Mask 3, flip horizontal. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over ribbons and gem so it looks like the ribbons are part of the mask.

Open Sparkles 1. Resize by 83%. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Add your name, copyright, and license info. Apply a drop shadow to your layers. Merge visible and save as a PNG.

Open FRAME6. Set the canvas size to 850 x 737. Resize all layers by 71%.

Open PP7 & your mask. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your frame. Move this layer below your frame. Apply your mask, merge group.

On your frame layer, take your magic wand tool and click inside the frame opening. Selections, modify, expand by 5.

Open PP9. Copy and paste as a new layer above your mask layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect.

Open BOW4. Resize by 75%. Copy and paste as a new layer above your frame layer. Place to the top of the frame.

Open FLOWER2. Resize by 61%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the frame.

Open the STARS. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the top.

Open the WINGS. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Rotate slightly to the left. Place to the center of the frame opening.

Open WA2. Resize by 78%. Duplicate, merge visible. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the frame. Select all, float, defloat. Selections, modify, expand by 2. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #ffffff until it is filled with white. Deselect and move below the wordart layer.

On the wordart layer, drop shadow, 1, 1, 50, 1.00, black. Merge down onto the wordart white layer you just created.

Open CLOUDS1. Resize by 79%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the top of the flowers.

Open the BEAR. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the frame opening.

Open the BLANKET. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the bear so it looks like he's covered up.

Open the BOOKS. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right.

Open your tube and resize as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place slightly to the right.

Open the BUTTERFLY. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the upper left.

Add your name, copyright, and license info.

Apply a drop shadow of choice and then merge visible. 

Save as a PNG.
