PSP Version used: PSP X5, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful work of VeryMany. You can purchase this tube here. 

Goodnight Friend FTU kit by Wicked Princess Scraps. You can snag the kit here. 

DBV Mask 152 by Designs by Vaybs. You can find it here. 

Font of choice. I am using One Starry Night.

Open FRAME6. Set the canvas size to 850 x 737. Resize all layers by 71%.

Open PP7 & your mask. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your frame. Move this layer below your frame. Apply your mask, merge group.

On your frame layer, take your magic wand tool and click inside the frame opening. Selections, modify, expand by 5.

Open PP9. Copy and paste as a new layer above your mask layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect.

Open BOW4. Resize by 75%. Copy and paste as a new layer above your frame layer. Place to the top of the frame.

Open FLOWER2. Resize by 61%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the frame.

Open the STARS. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the top.

Open the WINGS. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Rotate slightly to the left. Place to the center of the frame opening.

Open WA2. Resize by 78%. Duplicate, merge visible. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the frame. Select all, float, defloat. Selections, modify, expand by 2. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #ffffff until it is filled with white. Deselect and move below the wordart layer.

On the wordart layer, drop shadow, 1, 1, 50, 1.00, black. Merge down onto the wordart white layer you just created.

Open CLOUDS1. Resize by 79%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the top of the flowers.

Open the BEAR. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the frame opening.

Open the BLANKET. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the bear so it looks like he's covered up.

Open the BOOKS. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right.

Open your tube and resize as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place slightly to the right.

Open the BUTTERFLY. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the upper left.

Add your name, copyright, and license info.

Apply a drop shadow of choice and then merge visible. 

Save as a PNG.

Font of choice. I am using Vanessa Loves You

 

Filters: Mura Meister Copies

Open your template & mask. Minimize your mask for now.

 

On your template, set the canvas size to 850 x 737. Resize all layers by 71%. Delete the credits layer.

 

Open KPD-GB-P1. Copy and paste as a new layer above your background layer. Apply your mask, merge group.

 

Merge the Black Bottom Rectangle & Black Top Rectangle layers together. Select all, float, defloat. Open KPD-GB-P9. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert, and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

 

Merge together the White Bottom Rectangle & White Top Rectangle layers. Select all, float, defloat. Open KPD-GB-P13. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert, and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

 

Open KPD-GB-LACE2. Resize by 69%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place along the top edge of the top black paper that we just added. On the black paper layer, select all, float, defloat. On the lace layer, selections, invert and press delete. Deselect.

 

Merge together the Grey Bottom Rectangle & Grey Top Rectangle layers. Select all, float, defloat. Open KPD-GB-P5. Copy and paste as a new raster layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

 

Merge together the Grey Bottom Square & Grey Top Square layers. Select all, float, defloat. Open KPD-GB-P10. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

 

Merge together the Dark Grey Bottom Rectangle & Dark Greay Top Rectangle layers. Select all, float, defloat. Open KPD-GB-P7. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

 

Open your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer above your Circle layer.

 

Mura Meister Copies, Wallpaper rotate using the default settings. Duplicate, flip horizontal. Set the blend mode for the top layer to soft light. Merge the two meister layers together. Adjust, Blur, Motion Blur, angle 0, strength 100. Repeat the motion blur twice.

 

On the Circle layer, select all, float, defloat. On the meister layer, selections, invert and press delete. Delete the original layer, selections invert.

 

Selections, modify, select selection borders, both sides checked, anti-alias checked, border width 3.

Pick two colors from your tube. I chose #ffffff and #191919. Create a linear gradient, angle 45, repeats 3.

 

Add a new raster layer and floodfill with your gradient. Deselect. Add noise, Gaussian, 100, monochrome checked.

 

3D effects, Inner Bevel using the following settings:

 

 

 

Copy and paste your tube again, over the meister layer, resize if necessary. Place over the right side of the circle layer. Duplicate, flip horizontal and place to the left side of the circle. Merge the tube layers together. On the meister layer, select all, float, defloat. On the tubes layer, selections, invert and press delete.

 

Duplicate the tubes layer, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to screen. On the original tubes layer, set the blend mode to screen.

 

Open KPD-GB-GLITTER. Resize by 85%. Copy and paste as a new layer above the frame layer.

Open KPD-GB-FAN. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom.

 

Open KPD-GB-KEY. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place slightly up and to the right side.

 

Open KPD-GB-RIBBONFLOWER2. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the upper right. Move the key so it appears like it's hanging from the ribbonflower. Duplicate the ribbonflower, place to the upper left corner of the left pink dotted square. See my tag for reference.

 

Open KPD-GB-DRINK. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom left.

 

Open KPD-GB-RIBBON1. Resize by 69%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom. Make sure that the bottom of the fan doesn't extend below the bottom of the ribbon.

 

Open KPD-GB-STREAKOFLIGHT. Resize by 77%. Copy and paste as a new layer and place to your liking.

 

Open your tube and resize as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer and place so over the frame so you can see both tubes on the frameback behind her.

 

Duplicate your tube, gaussian blur using the same settings as before. Set the blend mode to Screen, opacity 70.

 

Open KPD-GB-CHARM. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the drink.

 

Open KPD-GB-NAILPOLISH. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom right, below the key.

 

Open KPD-GB-LIPSTICK. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right side of the nail polish.

 

Open KPD-GB-SPARKLES1. Resize by 92%. Copy and paste as a new layer.

 

Add your name, copyright, and license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice. Merge visible and save as a PNG.

Font of choice. I am using Miss Le Gatees.

Open a blank canvas, 550 x 600.

Open your mask & paper 13. Copy and paste your paper as a new layer onto your blank canvas. Apply your mask, merge group.

Open Frame 3. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 10. 

Open paper 3. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and move this layer below the frame layer.

Open your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer, flip horizontal. Arrange over the frame back layer.

On the frame back layer, select all, float, defloat. On the tube layer, selections, invert and press delete. Deselect. Duplicate your tube layer. Gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to Screen, opacity 57. 

On the original tube layer, Effects>Artistic Effects, Halftone using the following settings:

Set the blend mode for this layer to Luminance (L), opacity 32.

Open the Tree. Resize by 70%. Copy and paste as a new layer above the frame layer. Place to the left side of the frame.

Open the Leaves on ground. Resize by 75%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom.

Open Doodle 1. Resize by 77%, flip vertical. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the top of your canvas.

Open Ribbon 2. Resize by 77%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom.

Open Flowers 1. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower left.

Open the Lantern Post. Resize by 80%, flip horizontal. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right side.

Open Clouds 3. Resize by 69%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom.

Open Clouds 1. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the upper left corner of the frame.

Open the Pillows. Resize by 50%, flip horizontal. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right.

Open Butterflies 3. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the heart clouds.

Open the Kitten. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom left.

Open your tube again, resize as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer. Arrange so she is sitting on the pillows. See my tag for reference.

Add your name, copyright, and license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice and merge visible. Save as a PNG.
