This tutorial was written by me on October 25th, 2012 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

FTU Boo Berry by Alexa's Scrap Box. You can find it here. 

BigMask018 by Vix. You can download it here. 

Font of choice. I am using Angryblue.

Open Frame 4. Resize all layers by 84%. Resize, all layers unchecked, by 65%.

Use your magic wand and click inside the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 5.

Open paper 6. Copy and paste as a new layer, selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and move this layer below your frame layer.

Open your mask and paper 1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move this layer to the bottom. Apply your mask, merge group.

Open element 18. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move slightly up so it peeks out more from behind your frame on top. See my tag for reference.

Open element 27. Resize by 35%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the right side. Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 17. Resize by 62%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move this layer just under the frame layer. On the frame layer, use your magic wand to select inside your frame. Selections, modify, expand by 5. On the element 17 layer, selections, invert and press delete. Deselect.

Open element 05. Resize by 65%. Copy and paste as a new layer above your frame layer. Place to the right side of your frame.

Open element 15. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of your frame.

Open element 28. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the left of the cauldron.

Open element 25. Resize by 90%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Rotate 45 degrees to the right. Place to the bottom of your frame.

Open element 14. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place just to the left of the halloween pumpkins.

Open element 10. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Rotate slightly to the right. Place to the bottom left. 

Open element 09. Resize by 50%, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place so the stem crosses the other lolli's stem. See my tag for reference.

Open element 07. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower left corner, just below the lolli's.

Open element 13. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the upper left side of your frame. Rotate slightly to the left.

Add your name, credits to the designer, and a drop shadow of choice.

Merge visible and save as a PNG.
