Waiting For You
PSP Version used: PSP X4, but should work in other versions.
This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies:
Tube of choice. I am using the work of Keith Garvery, a PTU artist. You must purchase his work and obtain the proper licensing. You may do so here.
PTU kit Kinky Love by Purple Kreationz. You can purchase this kit here.
Texture of choice. Click on the texture below to view my texture full-size, then right-click & save. If this is your texture, please let me know so that I can credit you properly.
Mask 3 by Melissaz Creationz. You can find them here.
Font of choice I am using Harbell.

Open frame 2. Set the pixel dimensions to 488 x 502. Set your canvas size to 600 x 600.
Open paper 2 and your mask. Copy and paste your mask as a new layer below the frame layer. Apply your mask, merge group.
Open paper 9. Copy and paste as a new layer. With your magic wand, select the frame layer and click inside the frame. Selections, modify, and expand by 10. On the paper layer, selections, invert and press delete. Do not deselect.
Open your texture. Shift+L and set the hue and saturation to 0, 0. Copy and paste as a new layer above the paper you just added. Press delete and deselect. Set the blend mode for this layer to screen.
Open element 41. Copy and paste as a new layer above your frame layer. Place to the top center of your frame.
Open your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer, resize as necessary.
Open element 34. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right, along the right side of the frame.
Open element 32. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place along the left side of the frame.
Open element 37. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the roses. Rotate slightly to the left.
Open element 24. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom, slightly to the right. Duplicate, mirror, and place to the left of the first rose heart.
Open element 35. Resize by 85%, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place the the bottom of your frame.
Open element 9. Resize by 75%, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom right, to the bottom of the balloon.
Open element 20. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom left, between the envelope and the left rose.
Open element 29. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the left of the cherry.
Open element 19. Resize by 98%. Copy and paste as a new layer.
Add your name, copyright, and license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice, merge visible. Save as a PNG.

CHIC Cluster Frame Freebie

Requested Tut - Glitter
I've received a request for this tutorial a few different times...so here it is!
This tutorial has been adapted from Scrap Stuff By Shawna's PS Glitter Tutorial.
First you will need some glitter tiles. A lot of designers create various colors and types of glitter sheets & styles which can be used in PSP. They are zipped as a glitter page. You can find some here.
First open your glitter tile/sheet and minimize it. Set your foreground to pattern and look for your glitter sheet. Set your background to your glitter sheet or a color of your choice to mix it up a bit.
If you want to add glitter to a paper or element, open that now.
Select your brush tool. Open your brush variance menu (I have added mine to my workspace but you can find it by customizing your workspace.)
For the brush size, select the +Square05 and change the size to 15 or a size of your choice, hardness 100, step 130 or a setting of your choice, density 100, thickness 100, rotation 0, opacity 100.
In your brush variance, change the color blend to 100, rotation 100. Set the fade rate somewhere between 95 - 100, Position jitter to 220 or play around till you get something you like, impressions per step 5.
Add a new raster layer. With your brush tool, click and drag across your paper or element or if on a blank canvas, across the canvas to your liking.
You can always play with the settings to get a different result.

City Chic
This tutorial was written by me on February 11th, 2013 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.
PSP Version used: PSP X4, but should work in other versions.
This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies:
Tube of choice. I am using the stunning work of Ismael Rac, a PTU artist. You must purchase his work and obtain the proper licensing to use his art. You may do so here.
PTU kit CHIC by Inzpired Creationz. You can purchase this kit here.
Template 164 by Millie's PSP Madness. You can download it here.
WSL Mask 81 by Weescotslass Creations. You can download it here.
Font of choice. I am using Goldsmith Script LHF
Filters:
Xero Porcelain

Open your template. Resize all layers by 86%.
Delete the following layers: credits, stars layers.
Open your mask and Paper 13. Copy and paste your paper just above the background layer. Apply your mask, merge group. Delete the background layer.
Open Diamond Doodle 1. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the upper right corner of your canvas. Duplicate, mirror, and flip and place to the lower left corner of your canvas. Merge these two layers together.
Merge together layers 1 and 2. Select all, float, defloat. Open Paper 10. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.
Set your foreground to #816979 and your background to #e9d6cf. Set your foreground to the foreground-background gradient, angle 315, repeats 0, style linear.
On layer 3, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with your gradient. Deselect and delete the original layer. Texture effects, blinds, 3, 25, black, horizontal unchecked, Light from left/top checked. Repeat for layer 6, but change the angle to 45 for the gradient.
Open your tube and place over the first gradient layer. On the gradient layer, select all, float, defloat. On the tube layer, selections, invert and press delete. Deselect.
Xero Porcelain. Change the blue to 0.
Duplicate your tube layer, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to Screen, opacity 55. On the original tube layer, lower the opacity to 45. Repeat for the other gradient layer.
On layer 5, select all, float, defloat. Open Paper 14. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.
Open City Scene 3. Resize by 81%. Copy and paste as a new layer above layer 7. Place to the top of your canvas.
On layer 10, select all, float, defloat. Open Paper 12. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Delete the original layer. Do not Deselect.
Selections, invert, modify, set selection borders. Both sides & anti-alias checked, border width 3. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with the same gradient as before. Set the angle to 45, repeats 3. Deselect. Add noise, gaussian, 100, monochrome checked.
Open Bow 2. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the upper right side of the frame layer. Rotate slightly to the right. See my tag for reference.
Open the Falling Money. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right side. Duplicate and place to the left side. Merge these two layers together.
Open your tube again. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the frame. Xero Porcelain using the same settings as before.
Open the Flowers. Resize by 80%. Rotate to the right so that the petals lay flat. See my tag for reference.
Open Pearls 1. Resize by 93%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the flowers.
On your flowers layer, select all, float, defloat. On the pearls layer, use the eraser tool and erase the very end of the strand on the right side so that it looks like the pearls fall behind the flowers. Deselect.
Open Shoe 2. Resize by 60%, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right.
Open Lips 1. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the upper left corner. Rotate slightly to the left.
Open Cupcake 1. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower left.
Open WA 1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the top of the lips.
Open Sparkles 3. Resize by 91%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of your tag.
Open Sparkles 4. Resize by 85%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the top of your tag.
Add your name, copyright and license info. Add a drop shadow of choice and merge visible. Save as a PNG.

Timeless Love

Supplies:
Tube of choice. I am using the work of Celinart Pinup, a PTU artist. You must purchase her work and obtain the proper licensing. You may purchase her tubes here.
PTU kit Prepaid 1 by Inzpired Creationz. This kit is no longer available. You can find more of her amazing kits here.

Font of choice. I am using The Beat Goes On

Open Frame 4. Resize all layers by 64%. Set the canvas to 600 x 600.
Open Paper 14 and your mask. Minimize your mask. Copy and paste your paper as a new layer. Apply your mask, merge group. Move this layer below the frame layer.
Open Wordart 1. Copy and paste as a new layer above the mask layer. Place to the right side of your canvas. Duplicate and place to the left side of your canvas. Merge these two layers together.
Open the Bricks. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the upper right corner. Duplicate and place to the lower right corner.
Open the Falling Hearts. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right side of your canvas. Duplicate, flip horizontal, and place to the left side of your canvas. Merge these two layers together.
Open the Wings. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the top of the frame.
On your frame layer, use your magic wand and click inside the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 10. Open Paper 1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and move this layer below the frame layer.
Open the Lock & Key. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer above your frame layer. Place to the top left corner of your frame, slightly down.
Open your tube, resizing as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer and place over the frame opening.
Open Grass 1. Resize by 75%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of The frame. Erase any part of the tube that hangs below the grass.
Open Clouds 2. Resize by 75%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the grass.
Open the Cat. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right corner.
Open Ribbon 2. Resize by 81%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of your frame.
Open the Envelope. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower left corner of the frame.
Open the Ink Well. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the left of the envelope.
Open Flower 5. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right corner, just below the cat.
Open Sparkles 4. Resize by 95%. Copy and paste as a new layer.
Add your name, copyrights, and license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice, merge visible. Save as a PNG.

Pink Valentine

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies:
Tube of choice. I am using the amazing work of VeryMany. You must purchase her work and obtain the proper licensing to use her art. You can purchase this tube here.
PTU kit Posh Pink Valentines by Inzpired Creationz. You can purchase this kit here.
Border Mask 1 by me. Just right click and save to your computer.
Font of choice. I am using Larissa Bold.
Filters:
Xero Porcelain
--------------------
Open a blank canvas, 600 x 250.
Open paper 9. Copy and paste as a new layer.
Open your tube, resize slightly so it is slightly smaller than the main tube you plan on using. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the left side.
Xero Porcelain. Change the brightness to 155, blue to 0.
Duplicate you tube. Flip horizontal and place to the right side of your canvas. Merge the two tube layers together. Duplicate this layer, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to screen, opacity 77. On the original merged tube layer, set the blend mode to overlay, opacity 48.
Open the Scattered Circles. Resize by 91%. Copy and paste as a new layer.
Open Frame 3. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move down so just the top of the frame shows.
Open your tube and resize as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the center of your canvas.
Xero Porcelain with the same settings as before.
Open paper 7. Copy and paste as a new layer. Crop to merged opaque. Apply your mask, merge group.
Open Gift 3. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right side.
Open Flower 3. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom, slightly to the right. Duplicate, flip horizontal, and place to left side. See my tag for reference.
Open Cupcake 3. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom left.
Open the Champagne Glass and Pearls. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place slightly to the right of the gift.
Open Candy 3. Resize by 40%, flip horizontal. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the champagne glass.
Open Sparkles 3, flip vertical. Copy and paste as a new layer.
Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #ee528f. Select all, modify, contract by 5. Press delete, deselect.
Select all, modify, contract by 3. Open paper 1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Press delete and deselect. Add noise, gaussian, 100, monochrome checked. Merge down with the pink frame layer.
Add your name, copyright, and license info. Add a drop shadow of choice and merge visible. Save as a PNG or JPG.
For your avatar, undo the text and frame layers. Apply your drop shadows to your layers and then merge visible. Crop your image to the size of your choice.
Repeat the steps for the frame layers. Add your name or initial, your copyright and license info. Merge visible and save as a PNG or JPG.
