This tutorial was written by me on November 19th, 2012 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the work of Tony Tzanoukakis. You must purchase his work and acquire a license to use his art. You can find his work here. 

FTU For the Love of Fall kit by Karra's Kreative Korner. You can find this kit here. 

Mask M3 by Kylie of Creative Misfits Creations. You can download it here. 

Font of choice. I am using Retroactive.

Open a blank canvas, 600 x 600.

Open paper 8 and your mask. Copy and paste your paper onto your blank canvas. Apply mask, merge group.

Open frame 1. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move slightly up.

Use your magic wand and click inside the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 10. Open paper 4. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and move this layer below your frame layer.

Open the bricks. Copy and paste as a new layer above your frame layer. Move to the left side of your tag.

Open the birdcage. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the bricks.

Open the cluster. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the top of the frame.

Open bow 2. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the top middle of the frame.

Open the clouds. Resize by 95%. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open the light. Resize by 90%, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the left side of your tag.

Open leaf 2. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom right of your tag. Duplicate and mirror.

Open leaf 3. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move slightly down from the first leaf on the right. Duplicate and mirror. See my tag for reference.

Open leaf 1. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom and slightly to the left of your leaves on the lower right. Duplicate and mirror.

Open the heart scatter. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the leaves.

Open the sparkle, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open your tube and resize as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking.

Open the love birds. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right corner.

Add your name, copyright & license info. 

Apply a drop shadow of choice. I am using 2, -2, 40, 5, black.

Merge visible and save as a PNG.
