This tutorial was written by me on January 23rd, 2013 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP X4, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the awesome work of Jamie Kidd, a PTU artist. You can purchase his tubes here. 

PTU kit HARD CORE Valentine by Inzpired Creationz. You can purchase it here. 

Template 172 by Millie's PSP Madness. You can find it here. 

Mask 45 by Moonbeams and Spiderwebs. You can find it here. 

Font of choice. I am using Simply Glamorous.

VM Extravaganza Trasmission

Open your template and mask. Minimize your mask for now.

On your template, resize all layers to 600 x 389 pixels. Set the canvas size to 600 x 500. Delete the following layers: Raster 1, 14, 13, 12.

On your background layer, add a new raster layer and floodfill with #eae8e9. Apply your mask, merge group and delete the background layer.

Merge layers 1 & 2 together. Select all, float, defloat. Open paper 12. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

On layer 3, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 8. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

On layer 4, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 6. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

On layer 5, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 5. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert, and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow. Basic tab: 3.00, 25, 100, Draw Only Outside Selection checked. Color tab: Fat preset, color set to #eae8e9 for both markers. Move the second marker to the middle of the slide. Move the second circle mark just to the right of marker 2, opacity 100.

Merge together layers 6 and 7. Select all, float, defloat. Open paper 9. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Merge together layers 8 and 9. 

With your foreground color set to #eae8e9 and your background color set to #be00bf. Create a sunburst gradient with these two colors, repeats 0, horizontal 50, vertical 100, Link center and focal points checked.

On your merged square layer, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with your gradient. Deselect and delete the original layer.

VM Extravaganza Transmission, 10, 0 10.

Open your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the left square. Duplicate, transform horizontal (mirror). Place this copy over the square on the right. Merge your tube layers together. On the squares layer, select all, float, defloat. On the merged tubes layer, selections, invert and press delete. Deselect.

Duplicate your merged tubes layer. gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to screen, opacity 61. On the original merged tubes layer, set the opacity to 46.

On layer 10, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #eae8e9. Add noise, uniform, 100, monochrome checked.

On layer 11, select all, float, defloat. Set your foreground to the same gradient as before, but uncheck your Invert box. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with your gradient. VM Extravaganza Transmission with the same settings as before.

Open your tube again, and arrange 3 copies over the rectangle layer you just added. When satisfied, merge these tubes together. Duplicate this layer, gaussian blur with the same settings as before. Set the blend mode to screen, opacity 61. On the original layer, set the opacity to 46.

Open the Glass. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open the Boa. Resize by 90%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of  your template. Straighten the boa so it lays flat.

Open your Whip. Resize by 80%, flip horizontal.

Open the Glow Lights. Adjust, hue and saturation, 0, 0. Brightness and contrast, 103, -15. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open your tube again and resize as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer and place in the center of your tag.

Open Ribbon 2. Resize by 95%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of your tube.

Open the Brad. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right side of the transmission rectangle. Duplicate and move to the left side of the rectangle.

Open the Cocktail. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right.

Open Cupcake 2. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower left of the cocktail.

Open the Ice Cream. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right of the cocktail.

Open the Sex Toy Dice. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the upper left. Rotate slightly to the left.

Open the Glasses. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of your tube. Rotate slightly to the left.

Open the Cuffs Belt. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the cupcake and ice cream.

On the ice cream, select all, float, defloat. On the cuffs belt, use your eraser tool and erase the top part of the belt, deselect. Repeat this process for the part covering the cupcake.

Open Flower 2. Resize by 40%, flip horizontal. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom left. Duplicate, flip vertical, flip horizontal. Place to the upper right.

Open Teddy 1. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place between the bottom flower and the glasses.

Open Sparkles 2. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open Sparkles 1. Resize by 87%. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Add your name. Add noise with the same settings as before. Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow with the same settings as before.

Add your copyright and license info.

Apply a drop shadow of choice and merge visible. Save as a PNG.
