This tutorial was written by me on March 11th, 2013 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP X4, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the sexy art of Barbara Jensen. You must purchase her art & obtain the proper licenseing to use her art. You may do so here. 

PTU kit Gold Shine by Inzpired Creationz. You can purchase this kit here. 

Template 100 by Millie's PSP Madness. You can find it here. 

Font of choice. I am using Simply Glamorous.

Open your template. Set the canvas to 750 x 643. Resize all layers by 80%, all layers checked. Delete the credits and wordart layers.

On Raster 5, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 6. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

On Raster 4, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 11. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

On Raster 8, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 12. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Delete Raster 9.

Merge together Copy of Raster 7 and Raster 7. Select all, float, defloat. Open paper 3. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Open your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the right square. Duplicate, flip horizontal, and place over the left square. When satisfied, merge these two layers together. On the square layer, select all, float, defloat. On the merged tube layer, selections, invert and press delete. Deselect. Now duplicate the tube layer, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to Screen, opacity 65. On the original tubes layer, Shiift+L. Set the hue and saturation both to 0. Set the opacity for this layer to 50.

Merge together Copy of Raster 2 and Raster 2. Select all, float, defloat. Open paper 10. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

On Raster 3, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Open your tube again, copy and paste as a new layer. Resize if necessary. Duplicate your tube and arrange the two tubes over the large rectangle layer. When satisfied with your arrangement, merge the two tube layers together.

On the large rectangle layer, select all, float, defloat. On the merged tubes layer, selections, invert and press delete. Deselect. Duplicate the tubes layer, gaussian blur with the same settings as before. Set the blend mode to Screen, opacity 65. On the original tube layer, Shift+L using the same settings as before.

Open Leaves 3. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the far left. Duplicate, flip horizontal and place to the far right.

Open the Bling Curtain. Resize by 79%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the large rectangle layer, then on the large rectangle layer, select all, float, defloat. On the bling curtain layer, selections, invert and press delete.

Open Tulle 1. Resize by 55%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom left. Duplicate, flip horizontal and place to the lower right.

Open Ribbon 3. Resize by 93%, flip vertical. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the top of your template layers.

Open the Crown. Resize by 50%, flip horizontal. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper right corner.

Open the Lipstick and Polish. Resize by 45%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right corner.

Open Leaves 1. Rotate 90 counterclockwise. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom left over the tulle. Duplicate, flip horizontal and place over the tulle on the right side.

Open the Key. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the left side of the large rectangle layer.

Open Bow 2. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the top right corner of the large rectangle. Duplicate, flip horizontal, and place over the top left corner of the large rectangle.

Move the key so that the key looks like it's hanging from the bow on the left. See my tag for reference.

Open Rose 2. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the  right black leaves at the bottom. Duplicate, flip horizontal and place over the left black leaves.

Open Scattered Bling 2. Resize by 88%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place towards the top of your template layers.

Open your tube again. Copy and paste as a new layer, resize as necessary. Duplicate, gaussian blur using the same settings as before. Set the blend mode to Overlay. On the original tube layer, Shift+L using the same settings as before.

Open Sparkles 3. Resize by 90%. Copy and paste as a new layer and place to your liking.

Add your name, copyrights, and license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice and then merge visible. Save as a PNG.
