This tutorial was written by me on March 8th, 2013 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP X4, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the work of VeryMany, a PTU artist. You must purchase her work and obtain the proper licensing to use it. You may purchase her work here.

PTU kit Spring Serenity by Inzpired Creationz. You can purchase this kit here.

Font of choice. I am using Buffet Script.

Filters: AAA Frames Foto Frame

--------------------

Open a new blank image, 600 x 250.

Open paper 1. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your blank canvas. Arrange so you see the petals at the bottom.

Open the Falling Petals. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the far right. Duplicate, mirror, and place to the far left. Merge these two layers together.

Open the Bricks. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open the Clouds. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open Grass 1. Flip horizontal. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move slightly down.

Open the Flower Corner. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower left corner. Duplicate, flip horizontal, flip vertical and place to the upper right corner. Now merge these two layers together.

Open the Flower Doodles. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the far left side. Now duplicate twice and arrange over the entire canvas. Merge the three layers together.

Open the Lamp post. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place slightly to the right of center.

Open the Butterflies. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking.

Open Bow 2. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the top edge.

Open your tube and resize as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place slightly to the left of center.

Open the Pillows. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right corner.

Apply a drop shadow of choice to your layers.

Window, duplicate and close the duplicate for now.

Merge all layers visible.

AAA Frames Foto Frame, 6, 0, 0, 1, 0, 0, 0, 75.

Add your name, copyright, and license info. Save as a PNG.

Now for the avatar.

On the duplicate, merge visible. Crop to the size of your choice. I usually make mine 150 x 150.

AAA Frames Foto Frame using the same settings as before. Add your name or initial, copyright, and license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice, if desired. Save as a PNG.
