Summer Fun
This tutorial was written by me on June 13, 2013 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.
PSP Version used: PSP X5, but should work in other versions.
This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies:
Tube of choice. I am using a free tube from Ismael Rac for his Facebook fans. You can snag it by going here.
2013 Stilleto Heels kit by Kandii Popz Dezignz exclusive for the Xeracx store. You can purchase this kit here.
Mask 0079 by Trese. You can find it here.
Font of choice. I am using Majel.

Open IR-FRAME1. Resize by 69%. Set the canvas size to 600 x 600.
Create a 3 color linear gradient using #e21a1a, #ffffff, and #2771db, angle 45, repeats 0.
Add a new layer and floodfill with your gradient. Move this layer below your frame layer. Now with your magic wand, on your frame layer click inside the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 10. On the gradient layer, selections, invert and press delete. Deselect.
Effects, artistic effects, halftone using the following settings:
Halftone Pattern - Round, 7
Screen angles - 0
Use as overlay checked, soft light, 76
Color scheme greyscale, ink white, transparent checked.
Open your tube and copy and paste as a new layer. Flip and arrange over the gradient layer to your liking.
On the gradient layer, select all, float, defloat. On the tube layer, selections, invert and press delete. Deselect. Duplicate your tube layer, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to Screen, opacity 38. On the original tube layer, set the blend mode to Luminance (L), opacity 44.
Open IR-P2 and your mask. Minimize your mask. Copy and paste your paper as a new layer and move this layer to the bottom. Apply your mask, merge group.
Open IR-SPLATOFGLITTER. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the upper left. Duplicate, flip horizontal, and place to the lower right.
Open IR-BOW2. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer above your frame layer. Place to the top center of your frame.
Open IR-BEACH. Resize by 69%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the frame.
Open IR-BALLOON1. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the left side of the frame.
Open IR-LOUNGER. Resize by 60%, flip horizontal. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the balloons.
Open IR-FLOAT. Resize by 50%, flip horizontal. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right.
Open IR-PARASOL. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the uppper right side of the frame. Rotate slightly to the left.
Open IR-SUNDAE. Resize by 90%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom, slightly to the right.
Open IR-SPARKLES2. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place just under the bow.
Open your tube again, resize as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer and place to the bottom.
Open IR-BANNER. Resize by 79%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom.
Open IR-CUPPY. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom left of the chair.
Open IR-RADIO. Resize by 55%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom right of the cuppy.
Open IR-SUNCREAM. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom right.
Open IR-SPARKLES1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom.
Add your name, copyright, and license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice and merge visible. Save as a PNG.
