This tutorial was written by me on July 31st, 2012 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the art of Arthur Crowe, a PTU artist. You must purchase his work and obtain the proper licensing. You may do so here.

PTU kit is Biker Bitch by Inzpired Creationz. You may purchase this kit here.

Tracy's Template #59 by Freebie Friends. You can download it from their blog here.

Font of choice. I am using a free font called Fucking Tag Font.

Ok lets get started.

Open your template. Set the canvas to 600 x 655.

You will need to move the entire template to the bottom of your canvas. To do this, lock all the layers so they all say 1. Now you can easily move the entire template down. When you are finished, unlock all the layers.

Delete the top copyright layer.

Open Paper 6, minimize. In your Materials palette set your foreground to Pattern and select your paper from the drop down list. Angle 0, Scale 50.

On your circle layer, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with your foreground pattern. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Open the City Scene. Resize by 85%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move slightly up. See my tag for reference.

Open the Scattered Rings. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking.

On your rectangle layer, select all, float, defloat. Open Paper 5. Effects, Image Effects, Seamless Tiling. Use the original default settings.

Set your foreground to pattern and select the new paper from the drop down settings. Click ok.

On the rectangle layer, add a new raster layer and floodfill with the new pattern. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Use your magic wand and on the frame layer, select outside the frame. Selections, invert. Modify, contract by 10. Open Paper 3. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and move this layer below your frame layer.

Open your tube. Arrange inside the frames to your liking. Merge all the tube layers together. On the Paper 3 layer, select all, float, defloat. On the tubes layer, selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect.

Duplicate your tubes layer, set the blend mode to Screen. On the original layer, set the blend mode to Luminance (L).

Open Ribbon 2. Resize by 90%, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of your frame.

Open the Lights. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking.

Open Heart 1. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the upper right corner of your rectangle layer.

Open the Whip, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move the whip slightly down and to the left. See my tag for reference.

Open Bottle 1. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer and place to the bottom left corner of your frame.

Open Ribbon 1. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right of your tag. Duplicate and mirror. See my tag for reference.

Open the Rose. Resize by 50%. Rotate Counterclockwise 90. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place along the upper left edge of your rectangle. See my tag for reference.

Open your tube and resize slightly. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place so she is sitting on top of the frame. Duplicate and set the blend mode to Screen.

Open Flower 1. Resize by 25%. Copy and paste as a new layer, flip. Place in the upper right corner of your rectangle. Duplicate, mirror, & flip. Place the duplicace slightly inside the legs of your tube, on the frame & ribbon at the bottom. See my tag for reference.

Open Sparkles 3. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Add your name and apply drop shadows, if desired.

Add your copyright & license info.

Merge visible and save as a PNG.
