This tutorial was written by me on May 5th, 2012 and is my own creation.

Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the amazing work of Jay Trembly. This tube is a prepaid commission with Scraps and the City. You must have purchased this before it was released. 

PTU Kit is Inzpired Creationz's portion of the It's My Birthday Collab with SkyScraps. You can purchase it here. 

Temp 181 by Addictive Templates. You can find it here. 

Mask 33 by Tonya's Temptations. You can find it here. 

Font of choice. I am using LHF Stanford Script.

EyeCandy 4000 Gradient Glow

Filters Unlimited 2.0

Ok let's get started.

Open your template and your mask. Minimize your mask.

On your template, image, canvas size and set to 850 x 850 px. Resize all layers to 600 x 600 px.

Delete the credits layer.

On the background layer, right click on the layer in the layer palette, select Promote Background Layer.

Floodfill the background layer with #ffc6d7. Add noise, uniform, 25, monochrome checked. Apply your mask, merge group.

On Raster 4, select all, float, defloat. Open Paper 5. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

On Raster 7 select all, float, defloat. Open Paper 3. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deslect and delete the original layer.

On Raster 8 select all, float, defloat. Open Paper 1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer. Repeat using the same paper on the Copy of Raster 2 layer.

On Raster 3, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #ffc6d7. Add noise with the same settings as before. Deselect and delete the original layer. Repeat these steps on Raster 2.

On Raster 5 select all, float, defloat. Open Paper 4. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Create a gradient using #ffc6d7 and #ffffff, angle 134, repeats 3, linear.

On Raster 9, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with the gradient. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Penta VTR. Set the Ghost setting to zero and apply.

Open your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the gradient layer to your liking. Duplicate and mirror. Move slightly down and right next to your original tube. Merge these 2 layers together. 

On the gradient layer, select all, float, defloat. Back to the merged tube layer. Selections, invert and press delete. Deselect. Duplicate the merged tube layer, adjust, blur, gaussian blur 3.00. On the original tube layer, set the blend mode to luminance (L), opacity 36. On the gaussian layer, set the blend mode to screen, opacity 36.

On Raster 6, Filters Unlimited 2.0. Select Paper Textures, Canvas, Fine, 156, 87.

On Raster 10, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer. Create a new gradient with #e3124f and #ffc6d7, angle 45, repeats 3, linear. Floodfill the selection with the new gradient. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Add noise, 50, monochrome checked.

On Raster 11, Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize, 0, 0.

Effects, Texture Effects Weave, 1, 4, 1. Weave & Gap color #ffffff, fill gaps checked.

Open your tube again. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move so your tube is under the small frame. On the weave layer, select all, float, defloat. On the tube layer, selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect.

Duplicate the tube layer. Adjust, blur, gaussian blur 3.00. Set this layer to screen, opacity 62. On the original layer set the blend mode to luminance, opacity 62.

On Raster 12, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer. Floodfill with #000000. Deselect and delete the original layer. Add noise, same settings as before but change the amount to 100.

Open the Hearts 1 element. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open the Ribbon. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open the Jukebox. Resize by 60%. Sharpen. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower left side of your tag. See my tag for placement.

Open the Stars. Image, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open your tube again. Resize if necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer, mirror. Duplicate, adjust, blur, gaussian blur, 3.00. Set this layer to Overlay. On the origianl tube layer, Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize 0, 0.

Open the Sparkles. Image, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking.

Open Wordart 2. Resize by 85%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right of your tag.

EyeCandy4000 Gradient Glow. 

Under the Basic tab, 3.00, 25, 100, Draw outside selection checked. Under the Color tab, select the Fat preset using the following settings:

Open Cupcake 1. Resize by 40%. Move to the lower left, just on the inside of the tube's skate.

Add your copyrights, license info, and name. Add a drop shadow of choice to the layers of your choice.

Merge visible and save as a PNG or JPG.
