This tutorial was written by me on March, 2012 and is my own creation. 

Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the sexy art of Barbara Jensen, a PTU artist. This tube is an exclusive at SATC called Mob Scene.

PTU kit is Irish Kisses by Inzpired Creationz. You can find it here. 

Big Mask 004 by Vix. You can download it here. 

TMW Square Template 1 is by Tina of Creative Misfits Creations. You can download it from their blog here. 

Font of choice.

Ok let's get started!

Open your template and delete the following layers: Info layer, Square 1-4 layers, Dotted Square layer.

Open your mask and paper 8. Copy and paste your paper as a new layer above the background layer. Apply your mask, merge group.

Resize all layers by 86%.

Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Add Noise random, 50%, monochrome checked.

Merge layers Rec1 and Rec2 together. Select all, float, defloat.

Open paper 4. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press the delete key on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

EyeCandy 4000 Gradient Glow. Set the glow width to 3.00. Under the color tab, select the fat preset and change the colors to #025e03.

Open element Lucky Horseshoe. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer and place on the top left of your canvas, above your mask layer. See my tag for reference.

Open the disco ball element. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move it slightly towards the top of your canvas.

Merge the following layers together: RectangleDown, RectangleUp, RectangleLeft, and RectangleRight.

Select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with black. Delete the original merged rectangle layers.

On the PinkRectangle layer, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with white. Delete the original.

On your PinkFrame layer, select all, float, defloat and floodfill with a gradient made from #005e00 and #bef001, angle 51, repeats 3.

Add noise, random, 50, monochrome checked. Delete the original pink layer.

Merge your 2 white frames together, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with black. Delete the originals.

With your magic wand tool, click the white area inside the frame layers. Selections, modify, expand by 5. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with black. Deselect. Move this layer below the frame layers. 

Open your tube, resize if necessary. Place in the center to your liking.

Mura Meister copies line preset. Change the amount to 5.

On your black rectangle layer, select all, float, defloat. On your tube layer, selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard.

Duplicate your tube layer. Adjust, blur, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to overlay and merge down.

On the black rectangle layer Effects, illumination effects, sunburst with the following settings:

Change the transparency of your tube layer to 50.

Open the clover element. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer and place above all other layers on the right side of your canvas. See my tag for placement.

Open the Cupcake 2 element. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer and place to the bottom left side of your tag. See my tag for reference.

Add your name, copyright, and license info. 

Add drop shadows if desired.

Merge visible and save as a .png.
