This tutorial was written by me on August 24th, 2012 and is my own creation. 

Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the work of Keith Garvey, a PTU artist. You must purchase his work and obtain the proper licensing. You can do so here. 

PTU Summer Fantasy kit by Mistylynn's Creationx. You can purchase it here. 

Font of choice. I am using KG Call Me Maybe.

Filters: 

VM Extravaganza Transmission

--------------------

Open a blank canvas, 600 x 250.

Set your foreground to #adadad and your background to #000000. Use a linear gradient, angle 0, repeats 0. Floodfill your canvas with this gradient.

VM Extravaganza Transmission, 10, 0, 8.

Open the LIGHT RAY. Copy and paste as a new layer. Set the blend mode to soft light.

Open your tube and duplicate 5 times. Arrange over your canvas to your liking. Merge your tubes together. Duplicate, gaussian blur, 3.00. Set the blend mode to screen, 60. On the original set your blend mode to luminance (L), 60.

Open RIBBON03. Rotate clockwise 90. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of your canvas.

Open the HANDBAG. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom right. Move slightly in.

Open SMROSE01. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right corner. Duplicate and place this one in the upper left corner.

Open BUTTERFLY01. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right of your rose that is in the upper left corner. Use your raster deform tool and rotate slightly to the left.

Open the POLISH. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right side of the handbag.

Open the LIPSTICK. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right side of the polish.

Open the BOOTS. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the left side.

Open LIPS2, mirror. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper right corner.

Open the HEART BOTTLE. Resize by 25%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom & slightly to the right. See my tag for reference.

Open your tube again. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right side of the heart bottle. See my tag for reference.

Duplicate, gaussian blur with the same settings as before. Set the blend mode to overlay. On the original tube layer, colorize to 0, 0.

Open the SPARKLE. Copy and paste as a new layer. Set the opacity for this layer to 80.

Add a new raster layer. Select all, modify, contract by 3, invert. Create a new gradient using #ee1a63 and #ffb3c0. Set the angle to 45, repeats 3, style linear. Floodfill your selection with the gradient. Do not deselect.

Selections, modify, contract by 2. Selections, invert. Add a new raster layer and floodfill this layer with #ffffff. Deselect and move this layer below the gradient frame. 

On the gradient frame layer, add noise, uniform, 75, monochrome checked. Now merge this layer down.

Add your name and a drop shadow of choice.

Merge visible. Add your copyright & license info and save as a PNG.
