This tutorial was written by me on August 20th, 2012 and is my own creation. 

Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the stunning work of Roman Zaric. You must purchase his work and obtain the proper licensing. You may do so here. 

PTU kit My Wedding Day by Purple Kreationz.  You can purchase this kit @ Scrap-A-Licious. 

Template 182 by Toxic Desirez. You can download it from her blog. 

RB Mask 60 by Rosesblack. You can download it from her blog. 

Font of choice. I am using Simply Glamorous.

Filters:

Penta.com Color Dot

Xero Porcelain, Fritillary

Open your template and mask. Minimize your mask.

Set the canvas size for the template to 800 x 694. Now resize all layers by 75%. Delete the Credits layer & the Stars layer.

Click on the background layer. Set your foreground to #e64e96 and your background to #ffffff. Click on your gradients tab and select the foreground-background gradient, angle 45, repeats 5, style radial. Floodfill the background layer with the new gradient. Apply your mask, merge group. 

Add noise, uniform, 75, monochrome checked.

Merge the Bottom Grey Square layer and the Top Grey Square layer together. Select all, float, defloat. Open paper 17. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Merge the Bottom Pink Rectangle layer and Top Pink Rectangle layer together. Select all, float, defloat. Open paper 11. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Merge the Bottom Blue Square layer and Top Blue Square layer together. Select all, float, defloat. Open paper 10. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

On the Black Thin Rectangle layer, manual color correction. Set the source to #000000 and the target to #d80c6c.

Xero Fritillary, 5, 100, 100, 125.

On the Circle layer, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 16. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

On the Round Rectangle layer, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer.

Create a new gradient. Set your foreground to #eb85b5 and your background to #ffffff, angle 169, repeats 1, style linear. Floodfill your selection with the new gradient. Deselect and delete the original layer

Penta.com Color Dot, 155, 10, 255, 255, 255.

Select all, float, defloat. Selections, modify, set selection borders, both sides checked, 3, anti-alias checked. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #ffffff. Deselect. Add noise with the same settings as before.

Open your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move this layer below the frame layer. Duplicate your tube 3 times, arranging them to your liking inside the frame. When you are satisfied, merge the tubes together. 

With your magic wand tool, select inside your frame. Selections, modify, expand by 3. On the merged tubes layer, selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect. Set the blend mode to screen. On the original tubes layer, set the blend mode to overlay.

Open Ribbon 1. Resize by 90%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move this layer to the top layer.

Open your tube again. Resize if necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Xero Porcelain, 50, 128, 145, 0, 0, 0.

Open the Present. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom right of your canvas.

Open the Tiara. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the present, slightly to the left.

Open the Cufflinks. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the tiara.

Open the Puppy. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the left of the tiara.

Open the Bouquet. Resize by 50%%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper right corner. With your raster deform tool, rotate slightly to the right. See my tag for reference.

Open the Cake. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom left of your canvas.

Open the Cupcake. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place slightly down and to the right of the cake. See my tag for reference.

Open the Flute. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the left of your cupcake.

Open the Ring. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper left corner of your tag. See my tag for reference.

Open Sparkles2. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open the Sparkles. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Gaussian blur, 1.00. Duplicate.

Add a drop shadow of choice. I used 2, 2, 20, 3.00, black.

Add your name, copyright, and license info. Merge visible and save as a PNG.
