This tutorial was written by me on August 29th, 2012 and is my own creation. 

Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the work of Lia. http://linmida.com Lia is a FTU artist. You may obtain her tubes throught a copyright aware group such as DragonsLair Tubes. 

PTU Trick or Treat kit by Inzpired Creationz. http://inzpiredcreationz.blogspot.com You can purchase it here. 

Mask 81 by Weescotslass Creations. You can find it here. 

Font of choice. I am using Freeze!.

Open Frame 4. Resize by 80%, all layers unchecked. Resize all layers by 83% and set the canvas to 600 x 514.

Open paper 2 and your mask, minimize your mask. Copy and paste your paper as a new layer onto your frame. Apply your mask, merge group. Move this layer to the bottom.

On your frame layer, use your magic wand and click inside the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 10. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #aede65. Deselect and move this layer below your frame layer.

Artistic effects, halfton, round, 16. Screen angles 45, use as overlay checked, overlay, 23. Greyscale ticked, ink white, transparent checked.

Open your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right side of the green halftone layer. Duplicate and mirror. Merge down. Duplicate again, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to soft light and colorize to 0, 0. On the original layer, set the blend mode to screen.

Open Tree 2. Resize by 70%. Copy and paste as a new layer above your frame. Place to the right side of your frame. Duplicate, mirror, and merge down.

Open Ribbon 3. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the frame.

Open the Cotton Candy. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom left. Use your raster deform tool to turn slightly to the left.

Open Alien 2. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place slightly to the right of the cotton candy.

Open the Lanterns. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the ribbon.

Open House 1. Resize by 60%, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom right.

Open Cupcake 2. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of the house.

Open your tube again. Copy and paste as a new layer and place so she sits in the middle of the frame. Duplicate, gaussian blur with the same settings as before. Set the blend mode to screen.

Open Spider 2. Resize by 25%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the broom. Use your raster deform tool to turn the spider to the left.

Open Sparkles 3. Resize by 80%, flip. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Add your name, copyright, and license if using a PTU tube. Apply a drop shadow of choice.

Merge visible and save as a PNG.
