This tutorial was written by me on April 11th, 2012 and is my own creation.

Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the awesome work of Zlata M, a PTU artist. You must purchase his work and obtain the proper licensing to use his work. You may purchase his work here.

PTU kit Toxic by Purple's Kreationz. You can find it here.

Template 140 by Addictive Templates. You can download it from her blog here.

Font of choice.

Ok let's get started!

Open your template. Resize all layers by 80%.

Delete the following layers:

Raster 19
Raster 14
Raster 14 Shadow
Raster 12
Raster 12 Shadow
Raster 10
Raster 10 Shadow
Raster 6
Raster 17 (background layer)

Open element PK-T-WIRE1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move this layer to the bottom.

Merge the Copy of Raster 5 and Raster 5 together. Select all, float, defloat. Open paper PK-T-P3. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

On Raster 1, plugins, Xero Fritillary with the following settings:

Granularity - 5
Aggression - 19
Tesselation - 19
Variation - 255

On Raster 2, select all, float, defloat. Open paper PK-T-P5. Copy and paste as a new layer, selections invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

On Raster 3, select all, float, defloat. Open paper PK-T-P6. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer. Do the same for Raster 4.

On Raster 8, select all, float, defloat. Open paper  PK-T-P10. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer. Do the same for Raster 7.

Merge your wordart layers together (Raster layers 13, 11, and 9). On the merged wordart layers, adjust, hue & saturation, colorize 194, 106.

Open your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move this layer just above your teal paper layer. Place to your liking. On the teal paper layer, select all, float, defloat. On the tube layer, selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Do not deselect.

Back onto your teal paper layer, selections, invert. Selections, modify, select selection borders, both sides selected, anti-alias checked, border width 3.

Add a new raster layer above your tube layer and floodfill with white inside the selection. Deselect. Do the same with the other teal paper layer.

For both tube layers, duplicate, adjust, blur, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to screen. On the original tube layer, effects, artistic effects, halftone with the following settings: round, 5, 25, use as overlay checked, normal, 17, greyscale, ink white, transparent checked.

On your frame layers, add noise, uniform, 100, monochrome checked.

Open PK-T-RIBBON3. Resize by 95%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move the ribbon towards the bottom of your  frames. See my tag for placement.

Open element PK-T-BUTTERFLY. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer and place between the frames.

Open element PK-T-FLOWER2. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the upper left corner of frame 1. Duplicate and move to the lower right corner of frame 2.

Open element PK-T-HEART. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper right corner of your tag. See my tag for reference.

Open element PK-T-PILLS. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place towards the bottom of your tag, below frame 1. See my tag for placement.

On your wordart layer, we need to add a back layer to it. Selet all, float, defloat, modify, expand by 2. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with white. Move this layer below your wordart layer. Merge the wordart and this white layer together.

Open element PK-T-SPARKLES. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move slightly down. Duplicate but move this layer slightly up. See my tag for reference.

Open element PK-T-MARTINI. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the lower left side of your tag. See mine for reference.

Add a drop shadow of choice to the layers of your choice to add some depth.

Merge visible and add your name, copyrights and license info.

Merge visible and save as a .PNG or .JPG.
