This tutorial was written by me on May 5th, 2012 and is my own creation.

Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the amazing work of Keith Garvey. You must purchase his work and obtain the proper licensing, which you may do here.

Kit is PTU Lost Love kit by Inzpired Creationz. You may purchase it here.

Template 387 by Divine Intentionz. You can find it here.

Mask is gemsmask 209 by Gems Taggin Scraps. You can find it here.

Font of choice. I am using The King and Queen font.

Filters include:

Filters Unlimited 2.0
Penta.com Color Dot & Jeans
Xero Porcelain

Ok let's get started.

Open your mask and your template. Minimize your mask.

On your template, canvas size set to 700 x 700. Resize all layers by 86%.

Delete the credits layer, wordart layer and wordart back layer.

With the background layer highlighted, open paper 6. Copy and paste as a new layer, apply your mask, merge group.

On the thin rectangle layer, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #ab2325. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Filters Unlimited 2.0, Sandflower Specials, Pool Shadow default settings.

On the dotted line & dotted circle layers adjust, brightness/contrast , 255, 100.

On the small circle layers, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #929196.

Penta Jeans, 24, 2, 2.

On the rectangle layer, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #ab2325. Filters Unlimited 2.0 with the same settings as before.

On the circle layer, select all, float, defloat. Copy and paste paper 6 again. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

On the circle2 layer, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

On your Copy of frame back layer, open your tube. I am using a closeup in my tag. Copy and paste your tube. Place to your liking. On the frame back layer, select all, float, defloat. On the tube layer, selections, invert and press the delete key on your keyboard. Deselect.

Duplicate your tube, adjust, blur, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to Screen, opacity 62. On the original tube layer, set the blend mode to Luminance (L), opacity 62.

Repeat for the other frame.

On your frame back layers, Penta color dot, 167, 8, 255, 255, 255.

On the frame layers, add noise, uniform, 25, monochrome checked.

Open element Flying Heart. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place so the heart sits in the upper middle of your tag. See my tag for reference.

Open your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right side of your tag. Duplicate your tube, adjust, blur, guassian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to Overlay. On the original tube layer, Xero Porcelain, 50, 128, 222, 0, 0, 0.

Open Ribbon 1. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Rotate so the ribbon appears to lay flat. See my tag for reference.

Open the Hourglass. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the lower left side of your tag.

Open Rose 1. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right side of your tag. Duplicate, resize by 60%. Place in the upper left corner of the frame on the left side. See my tag for reference.

Open Trinket Box 2. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer, place to the bottom right of your hourglass.

Open the Sparkles. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom of your tag. See my tag for reference.

Add a drop shadow of choice to your tag layers, if desired.

Add your copyright, license info, and name.

Merge visible and save as a PNG or JPG.
