This tutorial was written by me on August 19th, 2012 and is my own creation. 

Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the work of Elias Chatzoudis. I bought this tube when he was with PSP Tubes Emporium, which is now closed. You must purchase his work and obtain the proper licensing. You may do so here. 

PTU kit Sweet Grunge by Inzpired Creationz. You can purchase this kit @ SATC. 

Mask 198 by Insatiable Dreams. You can download it here. 

Font of choice. I am using Black Boys On Mopeds.

Open Frame 2. Resize by 80%, all layers unchecked. Resize again, 83%, all layers checked.

With your magic wand tool, click inside the frame till the entire inside is selected. Selections, modify, expand by 10. Open paper 3. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect. Move this layer below your frame layer.

Open your tube or a closeup. Copy and paste as a new layer above the paper layer. On the paper layer, select all, float, defloat. On the tube closeup layer, selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect.

Duplicate your tube closeup. Gaussian blur, 3.00. Set the blend mode to luminance. On the original tube layer, hue and saturation, colorize to 0,0. Merge the two closeup layers together. Set the blend mode for the merged layer to luminance (L), opacity 88.

Open paper 1 and your mask. Minimize your mask. Copy and paste paper 1 as a new layer. Move this layer to the bottom. Apply your mask, merge group.

Open Butterfly 1. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer above your frame layer. Place on the upper left side of your frame.

Open Bow 2. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the top center of the frame.

Open Ribbon 2. Resize by 87%, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of your frame.

Open the Cross. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right of the frame.

Open Star 1. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom right of your cross. With your raster deform tool, rotate slightly to the right. See my tag for reference.

Duplicate your star, mirror. move slightly down. Use your raster deform tool and turn slightly to the left. See my tag for reference.

Open Smear 2. Resize by 88%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom of your frame. Move this layer below the duplicate star layer.

Open Wordart 1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over top the smear layer.

Open Lips 1. Resize by 30%, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the middle left of your frame. See my tag for reference.

Open Cupcake 1. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom left of your frame. 

Add your name and place over the bow. Move this layer above the duplicate star layer.

Open Sparkles 2. Resize by 89%. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open your full size tube. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize if necessary and place to the top of the wordart. Duplicate your tube, gaussian blur with the same settings as before. Set the blend mode to overlay. On the original tube layer, colorize with the same settings as before.

Open Bracelet 1. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom right of your tag. See mine for reference.

Open Sparkles 1. Resize by 91%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking.

Add a drop shadow of choice, copyright, and license info. Merge visible and save as a PNG.
