This tutorial was written by me on August 12th, 2012 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using a freebie tube from Elias Chatzoudis. You can find this tube in his store. You must use the license number given with this tube.

PTU kit Summer Break by Bella's Designs.  You can purchase this kit @ Scrap-A-Licious. 

Mask 141 by Gem's Taggin' Scraps. You can download it from her blog here. 

Font of choice. I am using LD Jilly Nilly.

Filters: Xero Porcelain

Open a blank transparent image, 600 x 600.

Open paper 2. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your blank canvas. Open your mask, apply your mask, merge group.

Open element 40. Resize by 90%. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open element 35. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the left, and to the top of the wire. See my tag for reference.

Open element 26. Resize by 25%. Copy and paste as a new layer. With your raster deform tool, turn slightly to the right. Place in the upper right corner.

Open element 11. Resize by 50%. Move in front of the palm tree, just touching the bottom of the leaves. See my tag for reference.

Open element 9. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the raft.

Open your tube. Resize as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer. 

Xero Porcelian, change your blue to 0 and click ok.

Duplicate your tube, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to screen.

Open frame 5. Resize by 90%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom of your canvas.

With your magic wand tool, click inside each of the frames. Selections, modify, expand by 5. Open paper 4. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect. Move this layer below your frame layer.

Open your tube again. Place to your liking inside the first frame. Duplicate, mirror. Place this in the middle frame. Duplicate, mirror once more and place in the last frame. When you are satisfied, merge these tube layers together.

Xero Porcelain with the same settings as before.

On the green paper layer, select all, float, defloat. On the merged tubes layer, selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect. Duplicate your tubes, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to screen.

Open element 42. Resize by 20%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move this layer above your frame layer. Place at the top of the frame, between frame 2 and 3. Duplicate and place at the bottom of the frames, between frame 1 and 2.

Open element 31. Resize by 35%, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom left corner of your tag. 

Open element 4. Resize by 37%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place betwteen frame 2 and 3. 

Open element 39. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom right corner of your tag.

Add your name, any drop shadows you wish to add, copyrights and license info.

Merge visible and save as a PNG.
