Hell of a Girl


This tutorial was written by me on May 15th, 2011 and is my own creation.  Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP. 

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the awesome work of Zlata_M, which can be purchased at PicsForDesign. Please do not use his work without the proper licensing.

PTU now FTU kit PSP Asylum by Alika's Scraps 

Mask is Vix_Mask255 by Vix. You can download it from her site here

Font of choice.

Filters:

Greg's Factory Output Vol. II


Let's get started!

Open a new transparent image, 500 x 500.

Open frame as99. Resize by 50%.

Open paper aspaper03. Resize by 62%. Copy & paste as a new layer and move below your frame layer.

On your frame layer, use your magic wand and click inside the frame. Selections>Modify>Expand by 10.

On your paper layer, Selections>Invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect.

Effects>Plugins>Greg's Factory Output Vol. II>Pool Shadow using the following settings:



Open stars element as110. Resize by 90%. Copy & paste as a new layer above the paper layer but below the frame layer.

Open element as05. Copy & paste as a new layer. Move this layer to the bottom.

Image>Rotate>Free Rotate using the following settings:



Drag this so it is more centered under the frame. See my tag for reference.

Open element as70. Resize by 90%. Copy & paste as a new layer above your frame. Move this layer to the bottom of your frame. See my tag for reference.

Open your tube, resize as necessary. Copy & paste as a new layer below the heart element layer. See my tag for placement. Delete any part of the tube that hangs below the heart element.

Duplicate your tube. On the duplicate layer, Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur, 3.00. Set the blend mode to overlay.

On the original tube layer, Adjust>Hue & Saturation>Colorize. Set to 0,0.

Open paper aspaper11. Copy & paste as a new layer. Move this layer to the bottom.

Open your mask. 

Layers>New Mask Layer>From Image and choose your mask from the drop down list.

Merge group.

Image>Rotate>Free Rotate, Right, 90 degrees.

Move your mask slightly down and to the left. See my tag for exact placement.

Add your name, copyright, and license info.
