This tutorial was written by me on July 27th, 2012 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the amazing work of Tony Tzanoukakis. You must purchase his work and obtain the proper licensing to use his work. You may do so here. 

PTU kit is Welcome Aboard by Inzpired Creationz. You can find the kit here. 

Mask WH-CM Exclusive #1 by WitchysHeart. You can find it here. 

Ok lets get started!

Open frame 3. Resize by 48%. Set the canvas size to 600 x 600.

Click outside your frame with your magic wand. Selections, modify, expand by 10. Open Paper 5. Copy and paste as a new layer. Press delete on your keyboard and deselect. Add noise, gaussian, 15, monochrome checked.

Open Paper 2 & your mask. Copy and paste Paper 2 as a new layer. Apply your mask, merge group. Move this layer below Paper 5.

Open Netting 2. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer above your frame.

Open the Umbrella. Copy and paste as a new layer. With your raster deform tool, turn slightly to the left. See my tag for reference.

Open Ribbon 2. Resize by 80% Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open the Baskets. Resize by 55%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom right of your frame. See my tag for reference.

Open Pillow 1. Resize by 50%. With your raster deform tool, turn slightly to the left. Place to the bottom left of your frame. See my tag for reference.

Open your tube, resize as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open Bird 1. Resize by 25%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the boxes and your tube towards the bottom of your tag. See mine for reference.

Open the Clock. Resize by 35%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move slightly to the left of your pillow. With your raster deform tool, turn the clock slightly to the left.

Open the Sparkles. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking.

Add a drop shadow of choice to your layers. 

Add your name, copyright info, and license.

Merge visible and save as a PNG.
