This tutorial was written by me on June 23rd, 2012 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the stunning work of Alehandra Vanhek. This tube was a gift from PicsForDesign. If you do not have this tube, you may use a different tube of choice. You must purchase his work and obtain the proper licensing to use his work. You can see Alehandra's work here.

PTU kit Deep Blue by Inzpired Creationz. You can find it here.

Font of choice. I am using Stephanie Marie JF.

Ok lets get started.

Open a blank canvas, 600 x 250.

Open Paper 1. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move so that she is on the left hand side. Set the blend mode to Soft Light.

Open the Chest element. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move slightly down. See my tag for reference.

Open the SeaVine element. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open the Bubble Splash 1. Image, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the left side of your canvas.

Open the Fish 5 element. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking.

Open Porthole 2. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move slightly down and to the right. See my tag for reference.

Open the Jellyfish element. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move slightly to the right. See my tag for placement.

Open the SeaPlant 3 element. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the left side of your canvas. Duplicate, mirror.

Open Ribbon 3. Resize by 80% & flip. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom left side of your canvas. Duplicate, mirror.

Open the Starfish 3 element. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking.

Open your tube again. Resize as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer, mirror. Place to the right side.

Duplicate your tube, colorize the duplicate to 0,0. Adjust, blur, gaussian blur, 3.00. Set the blend mode to Overlay. On the original tube layer, adjust, Brightness and Contrast, Gamma Correction. Set the reg, green, and blue to 2.3.

Open Sparkles 1. Copy and paste as a new layer above your tube layers.

Select all, modify, contract by 5. Invert, add a new raster layer and floodfill with #000000. Deselect.

Repeat the above step, but contract by 3 this time. Invert and floodfill with a gradient of choice. I used a linear gradient, angle 45, repeats 3 and used the colors #61e5f6 and #0cbba5. Do not deselect.

Add noise, uniform, 50, monochrome checked.

Add a drop shadow of choice to your layers, if desired.

Add your name, copyright info, and licensing. Merge visible and save as a PNG or JPG.
