This tutorial was written by me on August 2nd, 2012 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using a tube by VeryMany. You can purchase this tube at Scraps and the City. You must obstain the proper licensing to use her art. 

PTU Love Emo kit by Inzpired Creationz. You can purchase this kit at Scraps and the City here. 

M3 mask by me. You can download it from my scrap blog here. 

Font of choice. I am using Body Piercing & Chains, a free font.

Filters:

Filters Unlimited 2.0

Ok lets get started.

Open Frame 2. Resize by 83%. 

With your magic wand, click inside the frame. Modify, expand by 10. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #c6c8c7. Deselect.

Filters Unlimited 2.0, Paper Textures, Striped Paper, Fine with the default settings.

Open your mask and Paper 2. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move this layer to the bottom, apply your mask, merge group.

Open your tube or a closeup. Copy and paste as a new layer just above the striped paper layer. Place to your liking. On the striped paper layer, select all, float, defloat. On the tube layer, selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect.

Duplicate your tube, blur, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to screen, opacity 24. On the original tube layer, set the blend mode to luminance (L), opacity 24.

Open Charm 1. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer above your frame layer. Move to the upper right on your frame. See my tag for reference.

Open Flower 3. Resize by 25%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on top of the ring on the charm.

Open Ribbon 1. Resize by 86%. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open the Skullutiar. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the upper left side of your frame. See my tag for reference.

Open your tube again, resize as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking. Duplicate, gaussian blur with the same settings as before. Set the blend mode to screen.

Open Cupcake 3. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower left corner of your tag. 

Open the Toxic Emo Spray. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower right corner.

Open Emo Bug 2. Resize by 40%, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the left side of the emo spray.

Open the Cherries. Resize by 25%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right side of your cupcake.

Open Shoe 1. Resize by 30%, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of your cupcake, to the left of the cherries.

Open Stars 1. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of your tag, between the tube's feet. See my tag for reference.

Open Sparkles 3. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Add your name & a drop shadow of choice, if desired.

Add your copyright & license info. Merge visible and save as a PNG.
