This tutorial was written by me on April 21st, 2012 and is my own creation.

Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the work of Amy Matthews, a PTU artist with Creative Design Outlet. You must purchase her work and obtain the proper licensing to use her work. You can purchase her work here. 

PTU kit Boho Emo by Inzpired Creationz. You can find it here.

Template 156 by Toxic Desirez. You can find the template here. 

M3 mask is by me. You can download it from my blog here. 

Texture2 is by Vix. You can find it here.

Font of choice. I am using LHF Stanford Script.

Ok let's get started.

Open your template. Delete the following layers: Credits, Sm Stars 2, Wordart 2, Wordart 1, Pixel Words, Skulls, Left & Right Glitter Circles.

Canvas size 800 x 800. Now resize all layers by 75%.

Open your mask and paper 4. Copy and paste your paper as a new layer. Move this layer to the bottom and apply your mask, merge group.

Merge the Right & Left Circle layers together. Select all, float, defloat. Open paper 6. Copy and paste as a new layer. Invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original.

On your Circle layer, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 9. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original.

Merge your Rectangle Right & Rectangle Left layers together. Select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #d700a0. Deselect and delete the original.

On your Glitter Rectangle layer, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer. Create a gradient with #d700a0 and #ffffff, linear, angle 45, repeats 5. Floodfill with your gradient. Deselect and delete the original layer. Add noise, uniform, 100, monochrome checked.

Create a new gradient with #13ffc3 and #ffffff, radial, angle 136, repeats 5. 

On your Rectangle 2 layer, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with your new gradient. 

Apply PhotoEffex Scanlines with the default settings.

Keep selected.

Open your texture. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Delete your Rectangle 2 layer and deselect. Set the blend mode for your texture to Luminance (L).

Open your tube of choice and a closeup. With your smaller tube, copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the far left side on your texture/gradient.

Open your closeup. Mirror and copy and paste as a new layer, placing the tube on the right side. When you are satisfied, merge the 2 tube layers together.

On your texture layer, select all, float, defloat. Back to the tube layer, selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard to get rid of the excess. Deselect. 

Duplicate the tube layer. Adjust, blur, gaussian blur, 3.00. Set the blend mode to Screen, 22 transparency. On the original tube layer, set the transparency to 22 as well.

Open Bow 2. Resize by 75%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Bring this layer to the top. Place on the lower left side of your tag. See my tag for reference.

Open the corset. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the lower left side of your canvas.

Open the couch element. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the lower right corner of your tag. See mine for reference.

Open Ribbon 3. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the couch. See my tag for placement.

Open the pillows. Resize by 45%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left side of the couch. See my tag for reference.

Open your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the right end of the couch. Duplicate, adjust, blur, gaussian blur, 3.00. Set the blend mode to Overlay. On the original tube layer, colorize to 0,0.

Open Sparkles 1. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer above both tube layers.

Open Cupcake 1. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the corset.

Open Star 1. Resize by 35%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the upper left corner of your tag. See mine for reference.

Open the Wordart. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer.  Place next to the stars you just added. See my tag for reference.

Add a drop shadow of choice, if desired, to your layers.

Add your name, copyrights, and license info.

Merge visible and save as a .png and we're done!
