This tutorial was written by me on March 23rd, 2012 and is my own creation. 

Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the amazing work of Celinart Pinup, a PTU artist with Scraps and the City. 

PTU scrap kit Bitch With Attitude Pink by Purple's Kreationz. 

Collab Template 1 by Alisha & Tina of Creative Misfits Creations. You can snag this template here. 

Gems Mask 33 by Gems Taggin Scraps. You can snag it here. 

Font of choice.

Ok lets get started!

Open your template. Delete the PinkCircleRight and PinkCircleLeft layers, and the credits layer.

Open frame PK-BWAP-F1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move this layer down so it is just above the blots layer. Move it slightly down so that it is more centered behind the template.

Open paper PK-BWAP-P6. Copy. Now on your template, paste the paper as a new layer above the background layer. Apply your mask and merge group.

Using your raster deform tool, pull the sides of the mask to the edge of the canvas. Move the mask slighty over. Pull the left side of the mask over again to the left edge of the canvas again using the raster deform tool.

With your GreyRectangle layer highlighted, select all, float, defloat. Open paper PK-BWAP-P15. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press the delete key on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Delete the DiamondRectangle layer.

On the Transmission Square, select all, float, defloat. Open paper PK-BWAP-P10. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Delete the BlackSquare layer. On the square layer that we added, selections, float, defloat. Modify, expand by 3. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with white. Deselect. Move this layer below the square layer. Add noise, random, 100, monochrome checked.

For the two PinkCircle layers, select all, float, defloat. Open paper PK-BWAP-P11. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Delete the dotted circle layers.

On the white circle layers, add noise with the same settings as before.

Add paper PK-BWAP-P12 to the BlackCircle layers using the same process as we did the pink circle layers.

On the Quadrant layers, brightness/contrast, 255, 100.

On the wordart layer, add a gradient glow of your choice. I am using a 3.00, fat preset setting for mine.

Go back to the top left black circle layer. Open your tube. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, setting the face over the circle. On the black circle again, select all, float, defloat. On the tube layer, invert and press delete on you keyboard. Deselect. Set the blend mode of your tube to soft light.

On Quadrant 1 set the blend mode to overlay.

Do the same for the other circle/quadrant. Mirror your tube for this circle and use a different part of the tube.

Copy and paste your tube again, resize as necessary. Move this layer to the top.

Open element PK-BWAP-STRING2. Copy and paste as a new layer.  Image, mirror and with the raster deform tool, turn it slightly. See my tag for reference.

Open element PK-BWAP-BUNNY. Copy and paste as a new layer. Mirror and place at the bottom right side of your tag.

Open element PK-BWAP-LOLLI. Copy and paste as a new layer. Image, rotate, free rotate to the left 90 degrees. Move this layer under your bunny and to the bottom of your canvas.

With your eraser tool, erase any part of the tube that hangs below the lolli layer.

Open element PK-BWAP-CHERRIES. Resize by 60%. Image, rotate, free rotate, right, 25%. Copy and paste as a new layer and place in the upper right corner.

Open element PK-BWAP-SPARKLES2. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move towards the top of the tube. Duplicate & flip and place neare her midsection.

Open element PK-BWAP-STAR1. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer above all other layers. Move to the bottom left of your tag.

Open element PK-BWAP-GLASSES. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Rotate slightly to the left. Move to just in front of the star you just placed.

Add your name, copyright info, and license info.

Add drop shadows of choice and merge visible.
