This tutorial was written by me on May 10th, 2012 and is my own creation.

Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the gorgeous work of Celineart Pinup. Please do not use her work without the proper licensing or  without purchasing her work. You can purchase her tubes at Scraps and the City.

PTU kit is called BluEmo by Inzpired Creationz. You may purchase the kit here.

Ok lets get started.

Open your template, mask and paper 4. On your template, resize all layers by 92% or 600 x 600 px. Delete the credits layer and the dotted layers.

Select the background layer. Copy and paste paper 4 as a new layer. Apply your mask and merge group.

On the small circle 2 layer, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 3. Copy and paste as a new layer, selections invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer. Repeat for the small circle 1 layer.

Open the scattered stars and gears. Resize by 92%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move this layer so it is just above the masked layer.

On the blue semi circle layer, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #5bbce6. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Open a closeup tube or the same tube as I am using for this tutorial. Copy and paste as a new layer and place the face over the semi circle layer. Image, mirror your tube.

On the semi circle layer, select all, float, defloat. Back to the tube layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect.

Duplicate your tube. Adjust, blur, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to screen, opacity 56. On the original tube layer, set the blend mode to luminance, opacity 56.

On the semi circle, photo effex scanlines. Spacing set to 3.

Xenofex 2 Constellation, 3.00, 78, 1, 2, 77, 98, rotation 45, Keep original image selected, random seed 1.

On the blue rectangle layer, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 2. Copy and paste as a new layer, selections inver and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Create a linear gradient with #5bbce6 and #000000, angle 64, repeats 3.

On your pink rectangle layer, select all, float, defloat. Selections, modify, expand by 3. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with your gradient. Deselect. Add noise, random, 100, monochrome checked. Move this layer below your pink rectangle layer.

Reselect the pink rectangle layer. Open paper 8. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the pink rectangle layer.

On the black rectangle layer, Effects, texture effects, weave, 1, 4, 1, weave & gap colors both #FFFFFF, fill gaps checked.

On the small blue strip layer, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with the blue we used earlier.

Xero Fritillary, 5, 30, 100, 50.

Open charm 1. Resize by 45%. Copy and paste as a new layer and move to the top left corner of the semi circle.

Open bow 1. Resize by 42%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the top left corner of the semi circle over the charm.

Open the lights element. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking.

Open your tube. Resize as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Add your name. I used a white/black gradient glow for mine using Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow. Move to the upper left corner of your tag.

Open bow 3. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. See my tag for placement.

Open cupcake 1. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom right of your tag.

Open lolli 4. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the left of your tube.

Open emo teddy 2. Mirror and resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer and place slightly to the left of your lolli. See my tag for reference.

Open the knucks element. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move this element to the bottom of your tag.

Open the doodle. Resize by 80%. Move to the bottom of your tag. See my tag for reference.

Open shoe 1. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom right of your tag.

Open the lipstick element. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the left of your teddy.

Add your copyrights, license info and merge visible.

Save your tag as a PNG or JPG.
