This tutorial was written by me on August 4th, 2012 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the art of Keith Garvey, a PTU artist. I bought this tube while he was with PSP Tubes Emporium, which is now closed. You can now find his tubes here.

PTU kit B&W Bling by Inzpired Creationz. You can purchase this kit @ Scraps and the City. 

Template 109 by Scraps of Enchantment. You can download from her blog. 

Mask 40 by Tonya's Temptations. You can download from her blog. 

Font of choice. I am using a free font called Maxine Script.

Filters:

Xero Porcelain

Ok lets get started.

Open your template & mask, minimize your mask.

Delete the following layers: TOU, Brush, Stars, CircleFrame, CircleBackground. Resize all layers by 80%. Set the canvas size to 600 x 466.

Open paper 1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move this layer to the bottom. Apply your mask, merge group. With your raster deform tool, pull the top of the mask down slightly. See my tag for reference.

Open the Boa. Copy and paste as a new layer. With your raster deform tool, turn it to the right so it is almost even with the Grey strip layer. See my tag for reference.

Open Glitter 1. Resize by 80%, sharpen. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open the Scattered Bling 2. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place under the grey strip layer.

On the grey strip layer, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 4. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Open Curtain 2. Resize by 40%. Place on the lower edge of your paper strip layer, to the right side.

Open City Scene 1. Resize by 70%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Center on the paper strip.

Open Branch 1. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Image, rotate, free rotate right, 25. Place towards the bottom of the city scene.

On the TopBackground layer, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer. 

Set your foreground to #000000 and your background to #ffffff. Click on the foreground color, then click the gradient tab. Select the foreground/background gradient, angle 330, repeats 0, linear. 

Do the same for the BottomBackground layer except change the angle to 29.

Back to the TopBackground gradient layer. Select all, float, defloat. Open your tube or a closeup tube. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect.

Xero Porcelain, set the blue to 0.

Duplicate your tube, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to screen, opacity 50. On the original layer, set the blend mode to luminance (L), opacity 50. Repeat for the BottomBackground layer gradient layer.

On the TopFrame layer, adjust, brightness and contrast, brightness contrast, -255, 0. Add noise, gaussian, 100. Repeat for the BottomFrame layer. 

Open Flower 1. Resize by 25%. Adjust, hue and saturation, colorize, 0, 0. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom right of your city scene.

Open your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Xero Porcelain with the same settings as before.

Open Ribbon 2. Resize by 84%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom of your tube.

On your tube layer, select all, float, defloat. On the ribbon layer, take your eraser tool and erase any ribbon that covers her hip/leg area. See my tag for reference. Deselect.

Open the Dress Form and Luggage. Resize by 60%, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the left side of your tag.

Open Butterflies 1. Resize by 50%, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the frames.

Open Shoe 1. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer on the right side of the Dress Form and Luggage.

Open Lips 1. Resize by 25%, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom right corner of your tag.

Add your name and drop shadows, if desired. 

Add your copyright and license info. Merge visible and save as a PNG.
