This tutorial was written by me on August 10th, 2012 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the amazing art of Ismael Rac, a PTU artist. You must purchase his work and obtain the proper licensing to use his art. You can do so here. 

FTU kit Dazzle Me by Aly DeMoraes. You can find it here. 

Template 111 by Scraps of Enchantment. You can find it on her blog here. 

Mask 362 by Weescotslass Creations. You can find it here. 

Font of choice. I am using PopStar Autograph.

Ok lets get startd.

Open your template and mask. Minimize your mask.

On your template, resize all layers by 82%. Set the canvas size to 600 x 500.

Delete all layers above the GreyStrip layer.

Open paper 8. Resize by 22%. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your template. Apply your mask, merge group. Move this layer to the bottom layer.

On the StripedBackground layer, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 5. Resize by 22%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Open your tube or a closeup tube. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the right side of the striped paper. On the striped paper layer, select all, float, defloat. On your closeup layer, selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect. Set the blend mode to hard light, opacity 40.

On the frame layer, select all, float, defloat. Open solid paper 1. Resize by 22%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Open element 26. Resize by 25%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the ride side of your frame. Duplicate, mirror, and flip. Move the duplicate slightly up. Merge visible. See my tag for reference.

On the LightStrip layer, select all, float, defloat. Open paper 2. Resize by 22%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

On the GreyStrip layer, select all, float, defloat. Maximize paper 8. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Open element 25. Resize by 10%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the bottom right corner of your strips. With your raster deform tool, rotate slightly to the right.

Open element 3. Resize by 16%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place towards the bottom of your strips.

Open element 9. Resize by 8%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place to the right of the makeup kit. See my tag for reference.

Open element 35. Resize by 20%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the lower left corner. Duplicate and place in the middle right on the frame. See my tag for reference.

Open your tube, resize as necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place slightly to the left.

Open element 5. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper right corner of your frame. With your raster deform tool, turn slightly to the right. Move this layer below the flower layer.

Open element 29. Resize by 18%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the ribbon knot layer. With your raster deform tool, rotate slightly to the right.

Open element 12. Resize by 12%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper left corner of your frame. Duplicate and move this layer to the lower left corner of your makeup kit. See my tag for reference.

Open element 34. Resize by 12%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place slightly to the left of the heart.

Add your name, drop shadows of choice, copyrights, and license info. Merge visible and save as a PNG.
